Terrible experience on the over saturated Irish market. Direct line Manager has since been let go. I believe the company is now a much better place to work.

Don't go there, it could be your worst career move. No OTE, toxic culture, impossible to meet daily requirements as nothing is automated.

I think the company it's doing a messy job on the saleBad culture, lots of micromanaging. Lack of long term vision. Everything is KPI driven. Performance review every quarter Lots of chaos, internal policies changing often

Sales 4.0 has just launched which essentially made the role 100% outbound. Base is crap comms are great if you overachieve. Fully remote, never have to go to the office. Pretty chill and flexible as long as you hit your numbers.
