Overall, my experience was lacking as a leader hired in from the outside. Significant challenges in getting the resources to train the team, attainment very low across the board. Senior Leadership very short-sighted which was disappointing. Many Leaders are in the role for the first time - many recruited straight out of college.

Really hard organization to thrive in. Good product but difficult to sell due to competitive market and the company misunderstanding commercial segments and what customers need vs what they can afford.
