Good product but difficult to sell due to competitive market and the company misunderstanding commercial segments and what customers need vs what they can afford. Many times pricing felt like starting as high as possible and then dropping to as low as possible once managers opened their ears and listened to reps about their customers budgetary abilities. Heavy micromanagement across the whole org. It's a "drink the kool-aid" kind of place.
Could be good for someone early-in-career who needs hands on coaching (or like, hands ALL OVER, and grabbing ALL the time coaching) but if you don't want to be in office full time, and you don't want to CC your whole leadership team on every single email, and if you dont want every email and interaction critiqued to the point of insanity, don't work at RQ. I'm not exaggerating, they micromanaged so badly while I was there.
