The same 2 people are the only ones that are able to hit quota every year. No one else in the sales department is able to hit quota. New employee onboarding experience is horrible. Solid company and in the CPaaS space, where Vonage is a market leader. The API division is well run and offers solutions that customers need. There is a consistent push to add new products and solution enhancements that are wanted by the industry.
