If you are willing to work 55-60hrs per week you can make decent money bumping up into 6 figures. However, it seems like leadership makes that very difficult due to always changing comp plan (sometimes 2-3 times a year) removing bonuses, etc. I did well, but I also worked while on every vacation day and some weekends.
