Culture is/was great, comp is low. Ripple effects of the IBM acquisition are kicking in along with lots of changes.

Many sudden changes under the noses of reps at a moment's notice hurt our ability to perform and how we are paid. Management is often not transparent about these changes and discourages questions despite Red Hat's company values.
