Great culture and great people to work with. Comp and total are less than would be desired. The role is very relaxed, with little to no turnover, easy management, and low productivity targets. I work in the Value Added Services Department, calling existing customers and selling them other solutions RealPage offers, and generally customers favorably view RealPage, so it's easy to get in the door.

Overall culture has taken a turn for the worst. Most individuals hit their number because of luck with inbound leads (the few that come in) and favor from leadership.
