Current Employee1.9Aug 31, 2023Company is currently not performing well, direct competitor announced layoffs. They created a new AE team that will pay you less and call it a promotion. When everyone started you were told you’ll left promoted within 9 months. Now there’s no telling where the company is headed with the SDR org. SDRs now have a quota for the their quota (yes, you read that right).
