Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall culture has taken a turn for the worst. Most individuals hit their number because of luck with inbound leads (the few that come in) and favor from leadership. Most sales individuals that leave on their own accord do so not because they aren’t good at sales, but the opposite. They are tired of spinning their wheels and having bad luck. Some great people work here and they are doing what they can to change the vibes but that will take time.
If a personal friend asked me to work here I wouldn’t recommend it but it’s not the worst place to work.
