Former Employee2.1Aug 24, 2023Leadership was biased and gaslights employees. Best talent and mentors all moved on. Constantly cycled how quota and comp were negotiated. Worst part was the lack of transparency around pay. They robbed top performing reps blind if you were not ‘in’ with the managers around the office. Would tell all SDRs and Account or Solution representatives that they’re better...Read More
