Not a bad company for someone new to SaaS sales. Lots of reps and typical AE performs 60-65 meetings per month. As the company matures that have started flattening the comp calculator which significantly limits earnings for over attainment.

130+ calls a day, pure outbound. Expect less than 5% of leads to come from inbound. Poor leadership direction. Childish work environment. Only positive of working here was catered lunches from local restaurants every day. Good place to start, but would not recommend to anyone with previous sales experience.
