Not a bad company for someone new to SaaS sales. Lots of reps and typical AE performs 60-65 meetings per month. As the company matures that have started flattening the comp calculator which significantly limits earnings for over attainment.

The base salary is low and your SDR quota is based on the deal closing, not the demo showing up. Dials are closely monitored, even if you hit you booking goal. Saw a guy book 16 demos in a day, and he still had to hit his 130 dials. Good entry role, but gain the skills and find a new role.
