Great product but lacking future vision for GTM execution going further up market. The sales culture is quite cut throat with out a ton of operational and/or sales support.

My experience as Ramp was very tough. Limited training and development and a very cut throat culture. With that being said phenomenal start up company and product.

No company is perfect, but Ramp is pretty great. Product/market fit is there, company is growing strategically and has a strong reputation among buyers, very talent dense org, and ultimately there is a lot of autonomy if you are getting the work done.
