Considering an SDR role here — looking at the OTE spread looks like 24% are doing >105K. What are the top performing SDR’s clearing money-wise? I guess a better way to phrase my question would be, what is the median OTE amongst that top 24%?

I am looking at the Enterprise Account Manager role. Is the OTE Realistic? Is this role more consultative or order taking? (I understand the mid market teams have 200+ accounts and more like a csm with a sales component). Any insight here is greatly appreciated.
