Constant changes in strategy with no clear direction has morale low. Expectations keep increasing while incentives are shrinking. No career growth opportunity or true mentorship. The people truly make it great as many individuals are intelligent and helpful. However, the overall vibe is scattered, with people being pulled in different directions and leadership not taking accountability for anything. Frequent layoffs have left key roles vacant, forcing the remaining team members to absorb extra responsibilities. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re brand new and looking for valuable sales experience, but consider it a stepping stone in your career.

Good people and good product. It can be complex to learn and sell but is an extremely powerful platform with infinite use cases. Leadership is approachable but overwhelmed.
