My overall experience was positive as there were great people I worked with. The main issue was the turnover of leadership and the need to restart every year. There was no consistency with territories, customers compensation or direction. Management didn’t listen to AE’s

Great training to learn the role. Will work you like a dog and make you feel as any issues are on you and because of you. Very DEI focused and filling of those boxes. They do not hire on merit but on box filling.

The best days are in the past here. It seems they only care about DEI scores and not retaining best employees
