Current Employee Good people and good product. It can be complex to learn and sell but is an extremely powerful platform with infinite use cases.
Leadership is approachable but overwhelmed. Some managers are great, others not so much.
Micro management of AE’s/implementation of activity metrics is increasing. Increased quota currently seems unrealistic for most sellers while commission has been lowered from years past. Do more, make less.
Sales team morale is low across the board with an air of negativity. Top talent is leaving for greener pastures.
Customers aren’t happy with continuous price increases the past years and churn is high because of this.
There needs to be more enablement/support for AE’s in general especially for newer reps.
