Leadership is approachable but overwhelmed. Some managers are great, others not so much.
Micro management of AE’s/implementation of activity metrics is increasing. Increased quota currently seems unrealistic for most sellers while commission has been lowered from years past. Do more, make less.
Sales team morale is low across the board with an air of negativity. Top talent is leaving for greener pastures.
Customers aren’t happy with continuous price increases the past years and churn is high because of this.
