Qualtrics had amazing leadership, culture, and opportunity years ago. With the sell off to SAP, spin off to go public, and then sell off to Silverlake, it’s lost its values with each consecutive annual change. It’s now a cutthroat environment with the mere shell of a culture. It’s sad I can no longer advocate for a company I once loved.

The people, culture, and development opportunities are amazing. Inputs do not determine outcomes in the sales org and success is random. You can have a flawless process and prospect until your fingers bleed, and still not hit quota.

After getting acquired by Private Equity, things have been rough. Avoid at all costs. Highly political environment.
