After getting acquired by Private Equity, things have been rough. Avoid at all costs. Highly political environment. Anyone who questions management or brings up issues/problems is ignored and deemed difficult to work with. Toxic positivity is rampant, even when products aren’t working or deals are being lost. Executive team is likely going to be replaced soon, so even more chaos on the horizon.

Joined the SDR org on the enterprise team with a manager that wasn't great. Jump forwards a couple months - layoffs hit - I get moved to a new team (corp mid market) and my outlook is completely turned around. Now: manager is great, it isn't extremely difficult to hit quota, and my team's culture is awesome! Layoffs might have been a blessing in disguise for me
