Joined the SDR org on the enterprise team with a manager that wasn't great. Jump forwards a couple months - layoffs hit - I get moved to a new team (corp mid market) and my outlook is completely turned around. Now: manager is great, it isn't extremely difficult to hit quota, and my team's culture is awesome! Layoffs might have been a blessing in disguise for me

Leadership is Misaligned on what incentives push sales individuals. Base price of the core product is at an ultra premium which is limiting potential clientele.
