Qualtrics has become increasingly political after venture capital acquisition. The pay is good, and we have the best product on the market. However, career growth is non-existent today.

After getting acquired by Private Equity, things have been rough. Avoid at all costs. Highly political environment. Company is really not great these days. No lead flow at all, AEs end up doing the CSMs job as well. Company leadership doesn't have a great handle of things and overall, not very many reps are hitting quota at all.
