Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The amount of turnover in leadership, territories and product/AE alignment in the 19 months that I have been at Qualtrics has made success challenging. The company seems to be more than okay with only a handful of reps wildly exceeding quota while the rest of the sales organization struggles to hit their numbers. The brand recognition is great for being included in RFPs, but they announce product enhancements to the market when they are still more of an idea putting reps in a difficult position when it comes time to demonstrate it to prospects and customers who heard about it.
