Different culture between Public Sector org and HQ in Utah. Not sure how things have changed in the years since I left, however, the Pub Sec org was out on an island and had odd dynamics between team members.

Qualtrics was probably great once upon a time but in this economy it is tough to sell. The product is solid but the internal processes that are required to sell are convoluted and tedious. Qualtrics is a good place to work. The products are great and have good product market fit. The culture is just odd.
