Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Qualtrics was probably great once upon a time but in this economy it is tough to sell. The product is solid but the internal processes that are required to sell are convoluted and tedious. They make it very difficult to sell. Once the sale goes through there is hardly any support and the rep is then left out to dry to be the support, success, and sales point of contact. Too much work for an over complicated product.
