I came to Qualtrics through an acquisition (I was with Clarabridge). I experience wasn't quite fulfilled as the Qualtrics legacy team viewed me more as an outsider, rather than a great addition to the team.

Qualtrics is a great place for young sellers who want to get a taste for Corporate America. Qualtrics has a great brand name but all of the changes over the past 2-3 years have caused a lot of frustration amongst customers and forced many to consider other options.

Qualtrics has the infrastructure and resources in place today to close large enterprise deals which cannot be said at most software companies. We are seeing more and more 7 and 8-figure deals each quarter. Also, Qualtrics is the clear market leader and category creator in the XM space.

Qualtrics is a company without a soul following its acquisition by private equity firm silverlake. It’s a shame as the company used to be a great place to work with engaged and motivated employees working towards a common goal. The only care in the world in Qualtrics now is revenue. Would avoid at all costs.
