Extremely high turnover for sales. Company initiatives is to keep and nurture sales reps despite doing the opposite. Sales culture breeds environment of dishonesty. Based on segment but most reps do not hit quota and many are put on plans.

"Lately, it's felt that quotas are getting higher while working with fewer accounts. That plus the fact that outside hires are getting paid more than reps with actual product experience has caused many long-term employees to leave the company.
