Great company as you move up market. The SMB side did not run well. Over hired, quotas raised, new business only. No territories. You add and drop accounts. Everyone is going after the same prospects.

Great company overall! They can get away with base pay because of the culture. Morale is a tad low these days and a whole lot more hunting since compensation has gotten less favorable for many reps

Quotas continue to rise. Culture continues to decline. Executive leadership not in touch with day to day concerns of the customer and refuse to acknowledge economic factors affecting sales.
