Procore is a great company with excellent product market fit. Hopefully changes come with either quota reduction or headcount reduction in 2024 because right now 7/45 reps on the GC hit quota on average each month.

They make it a point to underpay reps, especially ones who have been with the business. Compared to other companies with similar quotas, the base and OTE is way lower
