Great product market fit if you're selling into the core market. Otherwise, it's a difficult sale (SC, C&I, Owners). Tool is very expensive and people hate that.

I’ve talked to many AEs in my segment and one step above but the consensus is last year 22’ was much different than this year, complete 180. I found Procore to have a great product but not the great culture they talk about. Sales spent more time reviewing deals and talking about deals than actually working the deal
