SDR Department: A supportive and vibrant culture that fosters growth and collaboration. When people talk of Procore's amazing culture, often they're referring to their experience on the SDR side of the business. AE Department: A challenging environment with little focus on team culture or support. The emphasis is on high-volume cold calling, which can lead to burnout. Quotas often feel unrealistic and unattainable, making it difficult to succeed in a sustainable way. Inbound leads are not enough to get you to your #.

The quota is unattainable and at this point is only being hit by 20% of the reps. Hitting quota is totally dependent on your book of business / territory.
