Pros: Great culture, good pay, great product-market-fit Cons: The organization still very much operates like a startup although they are a 3000+ person company. The sales org is pretty reactionary and middle management prioritizes relationships over accountability. Both can mix to be very frustrating.

"Lately, it's felt that quotas are getting higher while working with fewer accounts. That plus the fact that outside hires are getting paid more than reps with actual product experience has caused many long-term employees to leave the company.

Huge TAM. The construction industry is hardly recognizing the shift to technology, Procore has a really great product that is known as the premiere software for contractors.
