Some of the leaders are good, but it’s a fake culture, executive leadership is racist and politics is the main game, not your performance of work. Managers, Directors and VPs can literally underperform but if they have good connections inside the company it does not matter. Harassment, Data Manipulation, Revenue Manipulation, fake pipeline and fake deals are day by day basis.

Good company, struggles in Canada. Do not join any vertical other than GC, all other do very poorly.
