Great company culture and product-market fit. The company has a huge trajectory, and people genuinely believe in the product and its mission. Unfortunately, compensation is extremely low, ranking in the lower 50% of tech companies.

Procore has changed a lot in the past 2-3 years. While the product is moving towards an exciting direction, the internal continuous changes and politics cut down the opportunity for advancement for the few ‘well connected’. Performance and eagerness are not taken into account.
