Procore has changed a lot in the past 2-3 years. While the product is moving towards an exciting direction, the internal continuous changes and politics cut down the opportunity for advancement for the few ‘well connected’. Performance and eagerness are not taken into account.

The culture at Procore has really tanked in the past couple of years. With CEO Toohey stepping down and a new CRO & SVP of NAMER sales, the company has been slashing budgets to support their sales teams and have begun introducing decelerators as well.
