Current Employee it’s become increasingly clear that Procore is operating under a "growth at all costs" model. Commercial and SMB sales cycle very transactional, rather than cultivating long-term relationships, the focus is on short-term gains and closing deals quickly.The sales environment is notably high-pressure. Teams are pushed hard to meet aggressive targets, which can lead to stress and burnout. This pressure trickles down to customer interactions as well, which is impacting the customizing experience.
