Industry leading product that is going through some growing pains trying to move upmarket with their Enterprise Product. Marketing is nonexistent, but critical hires have been made to address this, hopefully. PLG motion creates friction with customers on free accounts, and leads are heavily weighted to smaller commercial companies.

CRO left the company and the result is a trend in the wrong direction(If they can event settle on a direction). They are unable to accurately forecast growth/demand OR they are flooding the floor. Next FY will be a struggle if you don't have luck or favoritism. New reps will be given poor territory if you don't inherit a good vacant one(Low odds).
