This company is wild Leadership is reactive, comp plan, product focus, KPIs, targets changed by the week! IDK if i was even paid for what i sold, they were so disorganized They had just laid of their customer success department when i started, which should have been a sign They put the remote AM team out of our misery after 6 months of trying unsuccessfully to figure out what they were doing

My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.

Podium has to be one of the most toxic work environments I have ever experienced. If you are not Mormon or connected to the CEO you will not survive. I beg you to listen to prior reviews. They have an intimidating management that if you speak up or ask any questions, they will pressure and bully you. The product could be good but the lack of care or ability to scale...Read More
