Leadership is reactive, comp plan, product focus, KPIs, targets changed by the week! IDK if i was even paid for what i sold, they were so disorganized
They had just laid of their customer success department when i started, which should have been a sign
They put the remote AM team out of our misery after 6 months of trying unsuccessfully to figure out what they were doing
