Podium has been going through growing pains as they try to scale toward an eventual IPO. I was onboarded with 30+ other reps and was 1 of 2 to last a year. That being said, they have moved away from the AE 1 role and now have a bridge role between SDR & AE which is helping with employee churn. The best way to work is through their robust collection of channel partnerships which allow you to outbound a lot more effectively! Product is awesome, employee churn is kind of crazy. Comp was low but that role has been phased out. Base pay is more in the 70K range now.

Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open. You can make a lot of money at Podium and pretty quickly. It's definitely a smile and dial culture and they have their top performers that they make sure they funnel tons of leads to. It can be kind of exhausting, but it's honestly a great place to get started in your sales career and a good fit if you like the SMB motion.
