Podium is a great place to get your start in sales, especially tech sales. Some teammates and leaders genuinely want to improve themselves and help those around them and their behavior reflects that, others not so much.

Pretty terrible. No flexibility in the role at all or the company. Morale on the sales floor is at an all time low. Product market fit is declining daily due to strong competition at half the price. I would not consider joining Podium if I was in the job market

Another Utah tech company. Opportunities are given to those who are part of the "club". I've witnessed incredibly talented sales people come here and fail miserably based on things out of their control - and others succeed by getting handed deals. It's sad. Not too bad if you have a great manager! I had a good manager in the beginning and then had a terrible manager.
