Not a good experience, underpaid in an oversaturated market. Management is often the result of being at the right place at the right time and not based on experience. Leading to very little professional guidance.

Zero faith in culture or leadership. From the top down each “leader” more like boss, is solely focused on their own achievements and their own success and stature in the company. They will use and abuse their people, because they feel like their employees are below themselves

Podium is a dumpster fire. They lure you in with super high compensation and hire anybody with a pulse. Turnover was insanely high and Podium doesn’t care - people were constantly quitting and getting fired (12 months after I started at Podium, 26 out of 30 people in my hire group weren’t at Podium anymore).
