During my time at Planview, there was no specific "ICP" that we were all looking for. With the company having 4 mergers in the 20 months I was there, it was hard to pinpoint whether or not the product was really a "market fit". So many different personas and not one singular path to success.

People are great on the sales team. Only problem is that the sales org is heavily reliant on inbound opps, with less than 10% coming from outbound activities, which can mess with your ability to hit quota.

I was at Planview 10+ years. My manager was probably the best I had throughout my sales career. He provided good company visibility and I visa-versa. He ensured I had the support needed to pursue qualified opportunities, the company stood behind. Over time, I established my own relationships and support, through success.
