Back to ReviewsFormer Employee It was a great place to work until the new boss walked in and she started hiring only women in the name of diversity. Reshuffled territory, was biased towards some ex-colleagues that she had worked before but weren’t performing. She created an environment where she would only work with people she liked and anybody challenging her would be fired or forced to quit. Unfortunately she dropped the momentum her predecessors had built and many accounts churned. New logos got dried up.
