Ping was and still is a great company. Sadly, the "merger" with Forgerock has more become an "acquisition" n all but name. Old leaders are out, new leader are in. The culture that made the place fun to work has been siphoned out in favour of Thoma Bravo's profitability. However, if we can get the product strategy right with such a overlapping portfolio between the two vendors, we will become THE enterprise IAM vendor

Ping is a great place to work in the sales org. Leadership and peers are fun, hardworking and there is a culture of truly caring about one another. Therefore, there is flexibility in PTO and plenty of incentives to perform.
