Product is great but market is becoming more saturated and it’s tougher to sell. Feel a sense of purpose helping healthcare orgs provide better care to patients. Most Accounts have been worked over and over and while most people have heard of Phreesia , they have also made up their mind about it. Highly competitive, and Not many opportunities to advance within company. You are ineligible for any kind of promotion until after 1 year, but many SDR’s have been in their role for much longer.

My overall experience was okay, however, I quickly found out why the company experiences high turnover rate. I was provided with a great opportunity to grow and strengthen my sales skills and presented with numerous obstacles to overcome.

This is a great company to get your foot in the door but because you’re on straight salary and the company is rather old within the healthcare tech space, it is somewhat hard to succeed and move up
