Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall, Phreesia can be a solid company to work for. The glaring issue for Phreesia is leadership -- they are unable to deliver a profitable company with such a strong product. The sales organization switches approaches every 2-3 months so reps are always learning a new way to do things (can be beneficial but mostly caused confusion & was disheartening). Also, if you join Phreesia and hit number consistently, do not make the mistake of negotiating increased compensation with mgmt (this is the reason i was let go). I was expecting them to return a "no" but firing me because i asked for more money after consistently surpassing $1M+ annual quotas seemed rash.
Separately, the company is also starting to outsource most of the Implementation team -- escalations were increasing with every day that passed towards the end of my tenure. I charge new candidates to understand what they are getting themselves into with a sales job at Phreesia.
