Current Employee2.3Jan 22, 2025The track from SDR to AE has become very slow and abstract. Not a clear cut path to growth. And leadership has dropped base salary for SDR’s, leading to new hires doing the same role being paid $20,000 less than SDR’s that have been in the role 1 1/2+years.
