The track from SDR to AE has become very slow and abstract. Not a clear cut path to growth. And leadership has dropped base salary for SDR’s, leading to new hires doing the same role being paid $20,000 less than SDR’s that have been in the role 1 1/2+years.

I would suggest to stay away from Phreesia because you will bust your rear working through trash and weathered leads that have been cold called for 10 years Phreesia has a horrible policy of just showing you that as an SDR you are just a number. They hire a big class of SDR’s each month and don’t care that there is a log jam in the back end of successful SDR’s...Read More
