Extremely high SDR turnover. In my time at Phreesia, I worked in the SMB market, an average of 15% of SDRs met or exceeded their monthly quota. Highly demoralizing job, logging into sales force and continuing to prospect accounts that have said no and asked to be removed from the contact list multiple times.

My overall experience was okay, however, I quickly found out why the company experiences high turnover rate. I was provided with a great opportunity to grow and strengthen my sales skills and presented with numerous obstacles to overcome.

Culture going downhill fast Can exceed quota all you want but you’ll only get $10 in their point based system that allows you to buy gift cards or whatever No room for growth
