This is a great company to get your foot in the door but because you’re on straight salary and the company is rather old within the healthcare tech space, it is somewhat hard to succeed and move up

I would suggest to stay away from Phreesia because you will bust your rear working through trash and weathered leads that have been cold called for 10 years Phreesia has a horrible policy of just showing you that as an SDR you are just a number. Base salary is great but there is no monetary incentive to close deals. However, career growth is strong at Phreesia with Leaders constantly advocating for you if you do great in your role.
