MY overall experience was conditional. It's a great company to work for when you have someone fighting for you. Keep in mind, there is not commission but a very fair base. The leadership is good, never met a terrible person. The resources are there for you when you stand up for yourself. Promotions are very competitive so keep that in mind when applying if interested.

My overall experience was okay, however, I quickly found out why the company experiences high turnover rate. I was provided with a great opportunity to grow and strengthen my sales skills and presented with numerous obstacles to overcome.
